Born in Nottingham, Dawn has always been interested in painting and 6 years ago decided to begin a professional career.

With an eclectic mix of subjects, Dawn has had work published by various greeting card companies, illustrated books and undertaken commissions for hospitals, hotels and private customers.

Her paintings have been sold in America, Spain, Portugal and here in the UK.

She describes her work as 'loose and lively'.  Her paintings include lots of movement and have a carefree feel about them.

Dawn paints in various mediums, which include pastels, watercolour and acrylic and her influences are mainly the Impressionists.
